At oasis88, we believe the best entertainment is entertainment that is safe and controlled. Our responsible gaming policy is more than a slogan — it is a genuine commitment we deliver through self-control tools, support programmes, and a player-first platform culture.
Online gaming should be enjoyed purely as entertainment, not as a way to generate income or resolve financial difficulties. If you or someone you know shows signs of problem gambling, please seek help immediately through the oasis88 support team.
Responsible gaming means making conscious decisions about how, when, and how much you spend on gaming. It involves balancing the enjoyment of entertainment with your obligations to yourself, your family, and your personal finances.
Oasis88 takes this seriously. We don't just provide a fun gaming platform — we equip every member with the tools needed to play within healthy boundaries. From daily deposit limits to full self-exclusion options, all controls are right at your fingertips.
We also train our customer support team to identify and assist members who may need additional support. This is no small task, but it is part of our responsibility as a platform trusted by millions of players in Malaysia.
Recognise the early signs before they become a bigger problem. If you identify two or more of the signs below in yourself, consider reaching out to our team or activating the self-control tools:

All these tools are available in your account for free. Use them proactively — before a problem arises, not after.
Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Once the limit is reached, the platform will automatically block any additional deposits — giving you a solid and reliable financial safeguard.
Set how long you can play in a single session. The system will send a warning 10 minutes before the limit is reached, then automatically end the session so you can rest and reassess.
Set how much you are willing to lose in a day or a week. Once the loss limit is reached, your account will be blocked from placing new bets until the limit period expires.
Choose to take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. This option is ideal when you feel you need a short pause without committing to a long-term self-exclusion.
For more serious cases, self-exclusion blocks your account entirely for anywhere from 6 months to a permanent exclusion. This is our most powerful tool and is processed with high priority in under 24 hours.
Choose to disable all promotional communications and bonus offers on your account. This helps reduce temptation and lets you play without the distraction of offers that may influence your decisions.
